This concept came about because we needed a product to serve in our own pub which was a very quick serve and gave the customer a fully crisp oven baked pie, no soggy bottom that you can get from microwaved pies. Saxon Pies look and taste perfect every time.
Our cases are fully oven baked and frozen immediately to maintain their goodness. They are delivered to you frozen. Your chef can then prepare any fillings, to suit your customer preferences.
Customer Order Frozen casing & lid into oveen - 3 minutes & heating the filling separately Pastry from oven then add the filling, put the lid on the pie Onto plate and out to customer in just 7 minutes.
